You do not need us to tell you that we are living in bizarre times, but we would like to tell future generations how we coped. To that end Wendover Parish Council is producing a Time Capsule to be interred next Spring and lifted in 100 years. We want it to tell the future how innovative we were and how helpful and understanding people were to each other.
We are appealing to businesses, organisations, and the people of Wendover for suggestions and artifacts to be included in the Capsule. The Time Capsule Working Group will next meet towards the end of August and present its ideas to the full Parish Council at the September meeting.
Meanwhile please get thinking about what might be included in the Capsule. Post your ideas through the letter box of the Clock Tower or e-mail us at admin@wendover-pc.gov.uk
