From around the 13th December EKFB will be undertaking CCTV drainage works between Small Dean Lane and the Jet petrol station that will require an off-peak lane closure with traffic lights (9am – 3.30pm).
These works involve sending cameras into the drains to understand their state of repair and the level of silt build up within them. These works will create very little, if any, noise. Additionally, overnight near the rifle range they will be installing a full road closure to remove some trees and hedgerows, a signed diversion will be in place. A full road closure is required due to the proximity of the trees to the road and which is also why the works are being undertaken overnight.
