Mark your calendars for a delightful day out at Witchell Meadow. Whether you're a local business eager to showcase your products or a talented musician looking for a stage, we invite you to be a part of this vibrant event.

Stall Applications:

We welcome stall applications from all interested parties. Please note the following details:

​

• Deadline for Applications: All completed application forms must be received by Friday, June 7th, 2024.

• Pitch Confirmation: We will notify applicants of our acceptance decisions by Friday, June 14th, 2024.

• Priority for Local Businesses: Stall applications from local businesses will be prioritised.

• Community Fundraising Stalls: If you're interested in hosting a community fundraising stall, please provide an engaging activity. Classic fete games such as "hook the duck" are encouraged!

Food & Drink Vendors:

Calling all food and drink vendors! While there's no power supply at the venue, this is your opportunity to tantalise taste buds with your delicious offerings.

Calling Local Singers/Bands:

Are you a local singer or part of a band? We're searching for talented individuals and groups to showcase their musical prowess. Email estates@wendover-pc.gov.uk if you are interested in performing at our event!
