PARISH COUNCILLORS

My goal is to help keep Wendover, a beautiful market town with wonderful scenery and lovely open spaces, a great place to live.

I was born and raised in Wendover and was educated at the local Schools.

I came to Wendover in 1964 as my husband joined the G.P. Practice.

I joined the Council to protect and promote the wonderful things that make Wendover a great place to live and visit.

I have been a resident in Wendover since 1983 having had my last RAF posting at RAF Halton.

Every 4 years all Parish Councillors have to stand for election and nominations are now closed. This election year we have 10 Councillors nominated for 13 positions so they will be declared elected and start their term of office on the 6th May 2025. This means we now have 3 vacancies which can be filled by co-option - a vote taken at a Parish Council meeting.

Co-opted as a councillor in December 2024. Moved to Wendover in 2020 and I have always loved this area of Bucks

I have lived in Wendover for over 25 years and consider myself fortunate to live in such a beautiful part of the country despite the obvious challenges of HS2.

I have been a Wendover resident since 2018 having lived across Bucks previously.

My wife and I have been local residents since 1994, having originated from London.

I have lived in the Chilterns for nearly 30 years, moving from Ley Hill to Chartridge, then Wendover.

I grew up in London and eventually settled in Wendover over 4 years ago with my family.

My wife and I moved to Wendover in 2016, and we love the town’s bustle and its warmth.
